Construction

Kits

Our kits are made by you! The kits are easy to assemble, but if you have questions please email us at hi@madeinatby. The kits do require you to have a basic sewing machine. There are many great machines at $100 available on Amazon. Our favorite is the Singer Heavy Duty 4423. It is a workhorse that will last many years!

Garments

All our finished garments are sewn at home by home a sewist. Our sewists take great care and pride in their work. Unlike the traditional factory model, where many individuals sew a single garment, our garments are sewn beginning to end by one sewist, who then signs each piece as a testament to their pride and ownership of their work. We also inspect our garments before they are sent to you. We are confident you will be pleased with the quality and care that went into the construction of your garment. Care

Wash cold with like colors and eco-friendly detergent, tumble dry low or hang dry unless otherwise specified. We strive to avoid dry cleaning and use natural, sustainable and dead-stock fabrics.
